Winona Transit Service: Southeast students can ride the Winona Transit busses at no charge with their student ID. There is a stop at Southeast on the Red Line. Students can also request a deviated route and dial-a-ride service (for a fee). 

Hiawathaland Transit: Southeast students can ride the Hiawathaland Transit busses in Red Wing at no charge with their student ID. There is a stop at Southeast on the Blue Route. Students can also request a deviated route and dial-a-ride service (for a fee).

Red Wing Taxi Company: Call 651-385-8294 for a ride. 

Rolling Hills Transit: Provides transportation services to residents in Doge, Olmstead, Winona, Fillmore and Houston Counties. Call 1-800-528-7622 to schedule a ride. 

Faith in Action: A Red Wing-based nonprofit offering free transportation to and from local essential services within the City of Red Wing and a 6-mile radius. Call 651-327-2400 with 2-3 days' notice. 

Jesus Driven: A Red Wing-based nonprofit that provides car repair and other services to low-income individuals/families living in Goodhue County, Hastings, and neighboring communities in Wisconsin. 

United Way 211: A statewide basic needs resource hub that provides students from Minnesota access to basic needs resources and support available on campus and in the community via phone, text, or chat 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
