Posting Policy

College and non-college affiliated organizations may post materials on the appropriate bulletin boards and message rails and should not exceed 11" x 17". Signage must adhere to Minnesota State policies, and federal and state laws. Materials are not allowed to be taped to walls, windows, or doors.

Events and information posted by student organizations must be reviewed by the Marketing and Communications department to meet college brand standards prior to posting.

Community events and employment posters must be dropped off at the Front Desk for approval before being posted by college staff.

Signage that does not meet the above specifications or is posted in locations other than bulletin boards and message rails will be subject to removal.
