Textbook Return Policy

To receive a refund on textbooks/access codes, students must return them during the drop/add period plus one business day of the semester for which they were purchased. New textbooks must be in mint condition with no marks and in shrink wrap (if applicable). The access codes must not be scratched off or activated. Returns must be presented with original sales receipt.

Can I return textbooks ordered online?

Yes, textbooks ordered online from the bookstore can be returned during the drop/add period plus one business day of the semester for which they were purchased. New textbooks must be in mint condition with no marks, in shrink wrap (if applicable) and must be presented with original sales receipt. The books will either need to be returned on campus for the refund or shipped (at your expense) to the bookstore. Once we receive your books we will refund you in the same form in which the payment was made. To return access codes ordered online the access codes must not be activated.

Are the textbooks returnable if I drop a class?

If you drop a class, the last day to return books/access codes is still the drop/add period plus one business day. New textbooks must be in mint condition with no marks and in shrink wrap (if applicable). The access codes must not be scratched off or activated. Returns must be presented with original sales receipt.
