What is the Minnesota Transfer Curriculum (MnTC)?

The Minnesota Transfer Curriculum enables you to complete an approved MnTC course at one of the 32 Minnesota State colleges and universities (Minnesota State) and at the University of Minnesota. You can then easily transfer the course credit to any other Minnesota State institution. Minnesota State College Southeast is a Minnesota State institution.

What is Minnesota State ?

Minnesota State is a system of all two and four-year public colleges and universities in Minnesota. It includes state technical colleges, community colleges and state universities.

How can I benefit from MnTC?

MnTC allows you to take approved general education requirements (gen eds) and ensures that you will not have to retake them upon transferring to other Minnesota State institutions or the University of Minnesota. This will maximize other opportunities for you and help you graduate on time.

What if I have already completed a MnTC course at another Minnesota State institution?
