Staff Positions

Student Services & Perkins Assistant (Red Wing Campus) 

The Student Services & Perkins Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support in the day-to-day operations of the Student Services unit within the Division of Student Success. The incumbent works closely with the Dean of Students and their team on established work priorities, special initiatives, and college-wide projects. This position maintains official records related to student records including academic, financial, and behavioral matters. At times, there may be a need to travel to the Winona campus to support special events related to Perkins sponsored initiatives. College Lab Assistant (Nursing, Red Wing)

Under limited supervision, performs technical work within a college laboratory and simulation center; monitors and assists students in carrying out laboratory assignments, learning to perform basic nursing skills and completing simulation scenarios; oversees daily activities of the laboratory and simulation areas; performs related work as required. The employee has limited input in the classroom instruction process and is primarily responsible for maintaining equipment and materials needed by students in a lab and/or simulation situation and assisting students in its use, rather than developing and presenting learning experiences. Campus Security Report

Minnesota State College Southeast recognizes providing the safest environment possible is an integral element of the college's educational mission and annually publishes a Campus Security Report that is available to everyone. This report provides statements of policy for a broad range of safety and security programs including crime prevention programs, reporting crimes, personal safety, community relations, environmental safety, enforcement authority, evacuation procedures, and enforcement authority and response, and a 3-year statistical review of designated crimes on campus.
