Financial Aid Consortium Agreements

A student who is getting their degree/certificate and financial aid from Minnesota State College Southeast and wishes to take courses at another Minnesota State College or University can have those credits included as part of their credits at Southeast. These students need to complete a Consortium Agreement form (PDF). Credits taken at the other college need to pertain to the student’s current major at Southeast.

A student must meet with their academic advisor before completing the Consortium Agreement form (PDF) to verify that the course taken does pertain to their current major at Southeast. The student also needs to be enrolled in courses at Southeast during the consortium semester. Southeast will only accept consortium agreements from other Minnesota State Colleges and Universities.
