Important points to remember
It is important to remember the following points about email:
- If you have trouble accessing student email, it is a good idea to reset your StarID password. This fixes most issues.
- Email is meant for informal correspondence to facilitate work at Southeast.
- You should not use email for official record-keeping purposes. Email messages containing public record material should be printed out and filed.
- Email should not be considered private. Confidential information should not be sent by email.
