Title IX Personnel Training

Training Materials for Employees Who Facilitate Title IX  

Per Title IX (34 CFR 106), Minnesota State College Southeast is required to share all materials used to train Title IX personnel such as the Title IX Coordinator, deputies, investigators, decisionmakers, and any person who facilities an informal resolution process. We make these training materials publicly available on our website and continue to post materials to the extent necessary to comply with federal regulations. The Title IX regulations were effective August 14, 2020. All training attended is included upon and following this date. All materials will be kept by us for seven years and can be reviewed below. The training slides were prepared for the identified training purposes, facilitated by the name presenters, and informed by discussions on the noted session dates.
