MSC Southeast shows kids "How Things Work"

Kids on campus - 2016

Minnesota State College Southeast recently hosted WSU Children's Center Summer School Age program participants on campus as part of their "How Things Work" week.

"The field trip allowed these children to get a glimpse into worlds that they may not know exist. In addition to being fun, it may have planted some seeds in an interest they may pursue in future years," states School Age Coordinator Karen Sullivan.

Throughout the day they were shown how a car runs, how a truck hauls, how technology is used in healthcare, and how changing the color of your hair is a science.
