Southeast Technical Students from the Business Professionals of America (BPA) organization competed at the 2011 Spring Leadership Conference, "Stand Out From the Crowd," in Alexandria, MN February 24-26, 2011. Six of our ten BPA chapter members—Brandon Avery, Signe Christians, Sally Conrad, Lisa Koehler, Melissa Smoot and Matt Sumner—joined over 200 other conference delegates from across the state to participate in general sessions and over 50 competitive events. The students were accompanied by their advisors, Kerri Schmidt and Julie Schladweiler.
