"Better for Veterans" institutions identified across the country
Minnesota State College Southeast is pleased to announce that the college has been named to the 2019-2020 Military Friendly®Schools list. Now in its 10th year, the Military Friendly Schools list sets the standard for higher education institutions to provide the best opportunities for veterans and their spouses.
"We are very proud to be named a Military Friendly college. This honor is based on sound research and data, and takes note of our explicit commitment to serving the military and veteran community," said Josiah Litant, MSC Southeast Dean of Students. "Our faculty and student services staff go above and beyond to make sure that active service members and veterans are welcomed and respected at MSC Southeast."
The Military Friendly Schools list is created each year based on extensive research, using public data sources for more than 8,800 schools nationwide, input from student veterans, and responses to the proprietary, data-driven Military Friendly Schools survey from participating institutions. This year only 766 schools earned this prestigious designation.
