"The 2019 Most Affordable Online Colleges rankings represent online schools across the nation that are committed to providing affordable, economical options for students. "At Minnesota State College Southeast, we truly value keeping education affordable while maintaining our high standards," said Jo Poncelet, the college's Dean of Academics. "We are proud to have distance learning students from all across America, and indeed, from around the world."

SR Education Group Methodology:
To be considered for these subject rankings, schools must to be regionally accredited and offer at least one fully online degree. All tuition numbers are manually collected and verified. Figures are accurate at the time of publication; please check with the institution for current tuition rates. Program data including available degrees, tuition rates, and details about program coursework were collected in July 2018 from official school websites, reflecting data for the 2018-2019 school year. Acceptance rates, programmatic accreditation, and profit status of schools were collected from official websites of the accreditation agencies or from the National Center for Education Statistics.
