Reading
Tenth grade level of reading required to understand selected NWAT textbooks

Language
Oral communication skills needed for help desk and customer interaction
English composition skills needed for IT documentation of services performed for customers.

Mathematics
Math skills needed to calculate related IT subnetting, voltage and current requirements of various electronic devices.

Computer
Computer skills would include working with current desktop operating system available.
Keyboarding skills of 10 words or more per minute required to operate a basic command line interface.
Ability to use various utility programs to diagnose and solve operating issues.

Learning
Time management of course assignments.
Basic study skills.
Understanding and respecting assignment(s) deadline.
