Winona Post: Tuition increases at WSU, Southeast

MSC Southeast Vice President of Finance and Administration Amy Schmidt said that when it comes to how she felt about raising tuition, "It's always a difficult conversation with students, because we understand the financial challenges." However, she noted, the college wishes to balance its costs with tuition revenue and make sure it can continue to offer all its programming. Raising tuition will help MSC Southeast keep up with inflation and continue to provide its programming, she added.
