MSC Southeast hosting Virtual Trades and Transportation Open Houses, FAFSA Help Sessions

Tour facilities, meet with faculty and staff, and get answers to your questions about starting college in 2020

(Winona, MN) May 18, 2020 -- As Spring Semester of 2020 draws to a close, Minnesota State College Southeast is continuing to reach out to students who are considering their future college options by hosting Virtual Open Houses on May 27 and June 3. In addition, a FAFSA Help Session will be offered on May 20 at 10 am.

The Open Houses and FAFSA Help Sessions are held by Zoom, and advance registration at www.southeastmn.one is required.

"We're excited that our faculty and staff will be on hand to introduce their programs and answer your questions directly," said Tammy Vondrasek, Director of Admissions and Enrollment. "Even though we can't meet face to face right now, we're looking forward to meeting students online and we hope to see them on campus in the future."

The upcoming Winona Trades Open House on May 27 and Transportation Programs Open House on June 3 are special in that the faculty will be on campus in their labs and available to take students on a virtual tour using online cameras!

"You will actually be able to see the facilities and get a personal tour from the instructor's point of view at these two Virtual Open Houses," said Winona Admissions Representative Chris Cook. “Just like a typical on-campus Open House event, the college will waive the $20 application fee for those who apply during a Virtual Open House.”
