Winona Post: Not just doomed to minimum wage

In sweaters and slacks, four human resources professionals sat on the panel. In a crowd full of jail-issued jumpsuits, one man stood up. "All I've done is sell drugs," he told the panel, as Minnesota State College - Southeast (MSC Southeast) Business Relations Director in Red Wing Katie Hardyman recalled. "That's the only job I've ever had. When do I tell you that in an interview?'"

This was a scene from a MSC Southeast program in Red Wing that will soon be coming to Winona, and despite appearances, the inmates in the room and the personnel coordinators both had something the other needed.
