Winona Daily News: 'You get a voice': At Winona's Model Legislature, the students make the laws

A two-day session that functions just the same as the Minnesota state Legislature. Representing area schools including Cotter, Bluffview Montessori, Rushford-Peterson, Austin, Cotter, Minnesota State College Southeast, WSU and Winona, each student showed up with a bill of their choice and a plan for how to get it passed.
