PART 1. POLICY
The college's Associate of Arts (A.A.), Associate of Science Degree (A.S.), Associate of Applied Science Degree (A.A.S.), Diploma or Certificate will be conferred upon all students who have:
- Completed all program course requirements;
- Maintained a minimum cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.0;
- Met all financial obligations to the college;
- Completed graduation application by timeline indicated on Registrar's Calendar.
A student must earn a minimum of one-third of the total credits from Minnesota State College Southeast to be eligible for a certificate or diploma, and for an Associate degree a student must earn a minimum of fifteen (15) credits. MSC Southeast has only one commencement ceremony in the Spring of each year.
The college reserves the right to automatically post degree completion to the student academic record upon the verification that all degree requirements have been satisfied.
