PURPOSE: The purpose of this policy is to address the protocol for students returning after a lapse of attendance. 

PART 1. POLICY

A student returning to Minnesota State College Southeast after a lapse of attendance of one semester or more (summer excluded) is classified as a returning student and must complete new application to the college. Returning students do not need to pay the college's application fee. Returning students must comply with the program completion requirements and college policies in effect when returning to the college.
