Work Study
All around campus, you'll see students earning part of their financial aid award through work study. The college is happy to provide employment for our students and we usually have a variety of positions available.
Eligibility for work study is based on financial need. You must complete the FAFSA so we can determine if you qualify.
Advantages of work study:
- Flexibility: You can schedule your work hours around your classes; your employer understands that college comes first
- Job skills: You may be able to work in your field of study
- Career building: Gain work experience and references, which can help you in your future career search
- Location: Work on or off campus
- Paycheck: Earn federal minimum wage, $10.50 and work up to 20 hours a week.
